Shipping
Shipping costs are charged from the customer. Every customer receives separate notification about delivery details.
Shipping costs are charged at a rate of 20€ or 25€, depending of your location.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in euros. Prices include 24% VAT. Cozify Oy reserves the right not to deliver the product in case of fault published prices. Cozify Oy reserves the right to change the prices of the products.
Ownership of products
All products are in the ownership of Cozify Oy until fully paid.
Warranty
All products are covered by 1 year limited product warranty. Warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Returns
You may return any product you have ordered from Cozify within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items sent after the 14-day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
We are unable to accept the return of goods that are not in their original packaging.
Any refunds will be processed after the merchandise has been received by Cozify Oy.
