Each SRV's residential tower building apartment comes with a pre-installed Cozify smart home. The habitants can follow for example their hot and cold water consumption and electricity consumption, as well as their apartment's temperature and humidity levels.
The project was carried out in co-operation with SRV and Fortum.
The same concept can and is also being utilized in smaller apartment buildings. Pre-installed smart living configurations and habitant smart home kit extension offers that match each building's apartments' specific needs and equipment level - with turn-key installation and delivery.
E.g. the lighting, alarms and notifications can be included in the default configuration for each apartment in an entire building. The habitants can be offered smart living feature extension kits with a turn-key installation.
The system also enables connection to a broader range of building automation features such as heating optimization and energy consumption monitoring.
